CONNECTION PROBLEMS

INTERNET CONNECTION

Check that you are connected to the Internet via either Wi-Fi or cable. Can you load other websites?

CORPORATE NETWORKS

If you are using a corporate network, it is very likely that the problem is due to some kind of network restriction (a common practice at many companies).

PROBLEMS WITH VIDEO PLAYBACK

VIDEO PAUSED

Check the streaming controls at the bottom of your screen and make sure the video is not paused. If it is paused, you will see the triangular “play” icon (►); if it is playing, you will see the “pause” icon (||).

INTERNET CONNECTION

Depending on the quality of your connection, you may have limited Internet connectivity. At the bottom right of the display, you have several options. Click on the HD icon (next to the volume icon) and select a lower broadcast definition suitable for limited connectivity (try 432p or 360p).

BROWSER

It appears that you are using Internet Explorer, which uses the Flash plug-in for the broadcast. Try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, which do not require Flash for video playback (except very old versions) and provide a better user experience by improving the broadcast.

AUDIO PROBLEMS

AUDIO ACTIVATION

Audio must be activated in the streaming player. Look for the speaker icon at the bottom left, next to the video controls, and make sure the sound is switched on.

COMPUTER AUDIO

Make sure your computer audio is switched on. Can you hear the audio of other videos, for example on YouTube?

AUDIO OUTPUT

To hear the audio, you either need internal computer speakers, external speakers connected to your computer or headphones. Make sure everything is connected properly.
